96 independently programmable thermal zones
Each of the 96 wells is a fully isolated thermal zone, allowing exact protocol matching per sample—regardless of input amount or assay type.
Real-Time Feedback Per Well
Real-time fluorescence detection in each independently controlled well enables live monitoring of amplification curves. This feedback powers in-run decision-making, not just post-run analysis.

IconPCR dynamically adjusts cycle numbers per well to normalize output concentrations across all samples—without manual input, added reagents, or downstream correction steps
iconPCR Workflow:
  1. Prepare pre-PCR reaction mix using your standard reagents plus an intercalator of your choice
  2. Load samples into a standard 96-well optical plate and seal
  3. Select a protocol and start the run
  4. IconPCR monitors amplification in real time and automatically adjusts cycles per well
  5. Remove plate—libraries are normalized and ready to pool or proceed to cleanup
