Each of the 96 wells is a fully isolated thermal zone, allowing exact protocol matching per sample—regardless of input amount or assay type.
Real-Time Feedback Per Well
Real-time fluorescence detection in each independently controlled well enables live monitoring of amplification curves. This feedback powers in-run decision-making, not just post-run analysis.

iconPCR Workflow:
- Prepare pre-PCR reaction mix using your standard reagents plus an intercalator of your choice

- Select a protocol and start the run
- IconPCR monitors amplification in real time and automatically adjusts cycles per well
- Remove plate—libraries are normalized and ready to pool or proceed to cleanup
